SAN ANGELO, Texas – The Angelo State track & field teams are back in West Texas this weekend as the Rams and 12
th-ranked Rambelles compete at Texas Tech's Jarvis Scott Open beginning Friday, Feb. 10 at the Sports Performance Center.

This weekend will be the last meet for ASU before the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships scheduled for Feb. 18-19. The Rams and Rambelles currently rank top five in the LSC in 33 marks this season, including holding the top performance in five different events.
Maricia Spence and
Kyle Lumpkins rank first in the conference in the pentathlon and the heptathlon respectively with scores of 3,817 points and 5,329 points.
Shadae Findley has turned in the fastest 800-meter time at 2:16.52 while
Shiean Walters leads the LSC in the 400-meter with a time of 55.17.
The Rambelle 4x400-meter relay turn also ranks atop the LSC as Walters, Findley,
Zykia McDaniel, and Spence ran for a time of 3:46.48.
