LAWTON, Okla. - After a strong first quarter, the Angelo State women's basketball team struggled offensively for the rest of the game, only scoring 28 points in the final three quarters, losing 73-47 to Cameron in Lawton Saturday afternoon.
The Rambelles fall to 13-6 on the season and are now 7-3 in Lone Star Conference play, while the Aggies improve to 6-13 overall and 4-7 in conference action.
40 Minute Rundown
- Sawyer Lloyd picked up where she left off last time out with a jumper to score the first points for the Rambelles, trailing 2-4 at the 7:54 marker.
- At the 7:20 marker, Landry Morrow would hit the first of four threes of the day to give the Rambelles the lead, 5-4.
- Another three by Morrow would extend the Rambelles lead to 12-7 with 3:42 remaining in the quarter.
