Rambelles Fall to UTPB 90-54

ODESSA, Texas - The Angelo State women's basketball team fell to UT Permian Basin 90-54 in Odessa, Texas on Wednesday night inside the Falcon Dome.
 
The Rambelles fall to 19-11 on the season and 13-8 in Lone Star Conference play. While, the Falcons improve to 22-5 overall and 17-5 in conference action.

  • Sawyer Lloyd would score the first basket for the Rambelles, making the 8-4 in favor of the Falcons at the 8:27 marker in the first quarter.
  • A three by Landry Morrow would hit a three to bring the Falcons lead back into single digits with the lead now being 20-11 with 2:56 remaining in the first half.
  • The Falcons would extend its lead back to double digits after a jumper from Morgan Helgesen, 22-12 going into the second quarter of action.
