Rambelles Win on Senior Day 78-65 Over the Falcons

San Angelo, Texas - The Angelo State women's basketball team won on senior day, defeating the Falcons 78-65 Saturday afternoon inside the Junell Center-Stephens Arena.
 
The Rambelles improve to 20-11 overall and 14-8 in LSC play. With the loss, the Falcons dropped to 22-6 overall and 17-5 in conference.

  • Madeline Stephens would start the scoring in the game with a layup at the 9:33 marker to put the Rambelles up early.
  •  A three by Tayjanna McGhee-Pleasant would give the Rambelles a 13-12 lead with 3:28 remaining.
  • Sawyer Lloyd would score the Rambelle's last three points of the quarter, giving them a 16-12 lead going to the second quarter of action.
