SAN ANGELO, Texas - The Angelo State women's basketball team fell to No. 1 Texas Woman's on Thursday evening inside the Junell Center - Stephens arena by score of 69-51.

Madeline Stephens would break the school record for rebounds in a career with 1083 after recording a 13-point nine-rebound performance.Â

- Stephens would hit two threes to bring the Rambelles lead to 8-3 with 5:44 remaining in the first quarter.
- In the last minute of the first quarter Keniah Williams would hit back-to-back baskets as she would bring the Rambelles lead to,17-11, going into the second quarter of action.
- Lelia Patel would tie the game at 19-19 at the 5:16 marker of the second quarter.Â
- Landy Morrow would score five points in 30 seconds, giving the Rambelles a 24-21 lead with 4:23 remaining in the half.
