SAN ANGELO, Texas - The Angelo State women's basketball team fell to No. 6 UT Tyler 70-63 Saturday afternoon inside of the Junell Center - Stephens Arena.
The Belles fall to 16-11 overall and 12-9 in Lone Star Conference action.

- Majik Esquivel started the game hitting a three from the corner to give the Rambelles the early lead.
- The Patriots went on an 8-0 run to bring the Rambelles lead out to 14-9 with 3:33 remaining in the first quarter.
- Keniah Williams tied the game at 14-14 with 39 seconds remaining.
- Polina Latsheva from UT Tyler hit a three to send the Patriots into the second quarter up 17-14.
- A fast break layup from Addy Burns at the 5:54 marker would bring the Rambelles within one, 25-24.
