Indianapolis, Ind. – The Angelo State women's golf team is ranked 13
th in the latest edition of the NCAA regional rankings, the organization announced late last week.
With the top 18 teams advancing to compete in the regional, the Rambelles are the seventh-highest-ranked team from the LSC and comfortably within the regional field.
This season, the Rambelles have carded three top-five team finishes and six top-ten finishes in tournaments.
The Rambelles compete in their final two regular-season tournaments this week, playing in the Palm Valley Classic this Friday and Saturday, hosted by Western New Mexico in Goodyear, Arizona, before turning around to play in the Desert Invitational, hosted by West Texas A&M in Tucson next Monday and Tuesday.
The Rambelles will play in the LSC Championships in Rockwall on April 13-15, while the West Regional is scheduled for May 4-6 in Pueblo, Colorado.
