Indianapolis, Ind. – The Angelo State track and field teams will be sending 16 athletes to compete at next weekend's NCAA Outdoor National Championships, the NCAA announced in its press release this afternoon.

The Outdoor National Championships are scheduled to take place on May 21-23 in Emporia, Kansas.

The Rams are sending 10 athletes, while the Rambelles will be represented by six. All in all, ASU will be competing in 15 events this weekend

The first action of the week will see Abril Okon compete in the heptathlon, starting on May 21^st at 11 a.m., while the men's 4x100m relay run in the prelims at 4:50 p.m. the same day.
