QUICK NOTES

- At indoors, William Opare claimed the top honors in the 400 meters while finishing as the runner-up in the 200 meters; he anchored the Rams' 4x400m relay national championship team, also being joined by Taylor Briggs, Rami Balti, and Bautista Diamante.
- The Rambelles won the team national championship back in 2010, besting second-place Lincoln (Mo.) by 14 points; the Rambelles' lone runner-up finish came the year before to Lincoln (Mo.), who won the '09 title by three points.
- The Rams have finished as the national runners-up on six different occasions (1983, 1984, 1989, 1991, 1997, and 2019); in 2019, Ashland edged the Rams by a lone point to claim the national title.
