FRISCO, Texas - Angelo State women's golf team had four athletes named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Academic All-American list. Mia Clarke, Caitlin Vanderkruk, Christine Huse, and Beth Norton were the athletes representing the Rambelles.
 
To be named a WGCA Academic All-American, you must have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher. Be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season, and have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
 
Clarke is a senior from Liverpool, England, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies. Clark claimed first place at the Swan Memorial. She also notched a fourth-place finish at the WT Desert Invite.
 
Vanderkruk is a sophomore from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, majoring in Management. She tallied a season-best sixth place finish at the 2026 Women's Palm Valley Classic.
 
Huse is a freshman from Bærum, Norway, majoring in Business. Huse finished the season with a national rank of 184th. Her season-best finish was 10th at the WT Fall Invitational. 
 
Norton is a senior from Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, England majoring in Kinesiology. Norton recorded a season-best finish of seventh place at the WT Desert Invite. She added a second top-10 finish at the Jack Brown Invitational where she finished in 10th.
 
The Rambelles collected eight top-10 finishes last season, including an eighth place finish at the Lone Star Conference Championship. The Belles added two second place finishes, at the Jack Brown Memorial and the Desert Invitational. The Rambelles finished the season 14th at the NCAA West Regionals.
