FRISCO, Texas – The Angelo State women's golf team was recognized for its success in the classroom as the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced its All-Scholar Team GPA Award and the annual team GPA rankings, with the Rambelles finishing 10th among all NCAA Division II programs.

The 12-member 2025-26 squad combined to post a 3.765 team GPA, the second-highest mark among Lone Star Conference programs.

Founded in 1983, the Women's Golf Coaches Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women's collegiate golf. The WGCA represents more than 750 coaches across the country and is committed to promoting academic achievement, competitive excellence and the overall development of women's collegiate golf student-athletes.
