The Rams hold a 46-32 edge over the Buffs in the all-time series. The two teams met last season in Canyon, splitting the series 2-2. West Texas A&M dominated game one, taking a 12-1 victory over the Rams but ASU battled back in games 2 and 3 with a 5-0 shutout and a 16-1 victory. The Buffs shut out the Rams in the series finale to even the series to 2-2 with a 4-0 win. The Blue and Gold are on a one game losing streak to WT but are 20-14 in the series.

Josh Elvir had a monstrous weekend, recording four home runs, 13 RBI, 11 runs scored and he went 7-of-14 from the plate, posting a .500 batting average.
Jordan Williams assisted on the offense going 10-of-16 from the plate and scored five runs. He notched a .625 batting average.

The No. 14 Buffs enter the weekend 12-2 overall and in conference action. Keone Givens and Darius Carter lead the Buffaloes offense with 17 RBI.
