SAN ANGELO, Texas- The Angelo State cross country teams concluded their home meet on Oct. 11 with finishers in the top ten for both races.  

Belles 

• The Belles took home the second through fifth place individual awards in the women's 6K race.  

• Anna Eischen took home the second place overall finish for the Belles with a final time of 24:03.99.  

• Shadae Findley claimed third overall with a time of 24:55.72.  

• Marina Grimaldo was the fourth overall individualist finishing with a time of 25:01.5.  

• Mary Brown took fifth overall for ASU with a final time of 25:07.19.  

Rams 

• The Rams took home second place as a team in the 8K race.  

• Trey Showen claimed sixth place for ASU with a time of 27:58.0 and an average mile of 5:37.5. 

• Emmanuel Serna finished eighth with an average mile of 5:47.9 for a final time of 28:49.7.  

• Wesley Rogers placed 10th overall with a final time of 29:19.9. 

• Austin Souther was the 11th place individualist with an average mile of 6:01.6 for a total time of 29:54.8. 

• Tate Hughes finished 13th overall with a final time of 30:28.1. 

• Ethan Reyes claimed 15th for the Rams with an average mile time of 6:14.8.  

• Taylon Watson took home 16th overall with a final time of 31:03.9. 

The Rams and Rambelles cross country teams will compete at the LSC Championships on Saturday, Oct. 21.
