San Angelo, Texas- The Angelo State women's golf team is back in action as they head to Hot Springs, Ark. to compete in the Battle for the Belt hosted by Henderson State on Oct. 13-14.  

The Course and The Players: 

• The Rambelles will compete at the Hot Springs Country Club course. 

• Louise Hofgren, Lacey Stevens, Mia Clarke, Kara Knight and Caitlin Vanderkruk will play the course as a team for the Belles.  

• Johanna Ohrling will compete in the tournament for ASU as an individualist.  

Last Time Out: 

• The Belles competed in the Oklahoma Intercollegiate on Sept.16-17, where the team earned a second-place finish.  

• Clarke, Hofgren and Kline all tied for seventh place in the competition with a final score of 151 through the two rounds of play.  

• Stevens finished in 16th place with round scores of 76 and 78.  

• Ohrling tied for 17th with a total score of 156.  

• Vanderkruk ended the tournament tied for 20th with round scores of 77 and 82.
