San Angelo, Texas- The Angelo State women's golf team will end its 2024 fall season at the Midwestern State Invitational, hosted by Midwestern State on Oct. 21-22. 

The Players and The Course: 

• The tournament will be played at the Wichita Falls Country Club 

• Louise Hofgren, Lacey Stevens, Mia Clarke, Caitlin Vanderkruk and Kara Knight will play the course for the Rambelles. Johanna Öhrling will also play the course for the Belles as an individual.  

Last Time at MSU:  

• The Belles competed at the Midwestern State Invitational in the 2023-24 season, where they placed eighth overall as a team.  

• Stevens played the course for ASU, tying for 37th with a combined score of 242 through the three rounds of play.  

Last Time Out: 

• The Belles competed in the Battle for the Belt hosted by Henderson State on Oct. 13-14, where the team claimed a tenth-place finish.  

• Hofgren was turned in the best score for ASU, tying for eighth place with a final score of 226.  

• Stevens tied for 38th with a combined score of 236.  

• Knight and Ohrling each tied for 43rd in the tournament with overall scores of 239.  

• Clarke tied for 48th with round scores of 78, 79 and 84.  

• Vanderkruk ended the tournament in 54th place with an overall score of 244.
