Richardson, Texas - After finishing the regular season 19-2 and 9-1 in conference play, the Angelo State women's tennis team earned the second seed in the Lone Star Conference postseason tournament set to begin on Thursday, April 25.
 
The Rambelles will face the seventh-seeded Texas A&M - Kingsville with a 10-9 overall record and 4-6 in conference action. This marks the sixth time the Belles have advanced to the LSC postseason tournament since 2017. The Belles have won six matches in a row leading into the contest.
 
The Belles made it to the championship of the Lone Star Conference tournament last year, taking out fifth-seeded UT Tyler 4-0, and then would take out the top-seeded Cameron, 4-3, to advance to the finals as they would take on St. marys falling 2-4.
