NEW ORLEANS – The Angelo State track and field teams collected 16 USTFCCCA South Central All-Region honors for the 2025 indoor season, the organization announced.
The top 5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top 3 relay teams.
The Rambelles collected six all-region selections overall.
Jacent Nyamahunge tallied all-region in two events while posting the best time in the region in the 200-meter dash at 23.76 during the Lone Star Conference championships.
On the men's side, the Rams earned 10 All-Region honors while leading the South Central in three events.
Oleg Ananev posted the top mark in the region in the pole vault at 5.44m (17-10.25) while
Solomon Odonkor led the 200-meter dash at 20.89, and
Rami Balti led the 400-meter dash at 47.00.
