Rockwall, Texas – The Angelo State golf team climbed the leaderboard in the third and final round of the LSC Championship on Tuesday, moving up three spots to card an eighth-place finish.
Mia Clarke finished as the top finisher for Angelo State, finishing in 13
th place after shooting a 76 (+4) this morning.
Beth Norton carded ASU's best round in round three with a 73 (+1), which saw her move up seven spots to finish in 26
th.
Kelsey Kline shot two-over in the third round, a four-stroke improvement from her round one performance.
Christine Huse and
Caitlin Vanderkruk each shot four-over in the final round as they finished 43
rd and 49
th, respectively.
The Rambelles await the release of the NCAA Tournament field, scheduled for April 26
th.
