SAN ANGELO, Texas - The Angelo State women's soccer team looks to get back on track as they travel to UT Dallas on Wednesday, Sept. 9th, and then return home on Saturday, Sept. 12th, to take on Texas A&M International.
 
The Belles are currently 1-2-1 heading into Lone Star Conference action.

• Juliana Garcia leads the team in four goals. Ava Cantu, Eleanor Lock, Carley Martinez, and Zana Nylund have all recorded a goal. 
• Graham Peeples is the only one on the team who has recorded an assist. 
• Mike Erwin recorded his first win at the helm of the Rambelles against Colorado State-Pueblo 3-1.
• Juliana Garcia recorded the first hat trick of her career against Western Colorado and recorded the first goal of the Mike Erwin era. 
• Against CSU-Pueblo, Eleanor Lock, Ava Cantu, and Zanae Nylund recorded their first career goals. 
• Madison Bourzikas, Eleanor Lock, and Ashlyn Vick were named captains for this season. 
• Mike Erwin enters his first season at the helm of the Belles program. 
• Nayeli Celedon, who attended St. Mary's, and Isabel Robben, who attended Fort Hays, enter their second years as graduate assistants for the Rambelles program. 
• Last year, the team finished with a 9-5-5 record overall and 8-3-3 in conference action.
• Heading into this year, Belles were selected to finish seventh in the LSC Preseason Poll. 
• The Rambelles have made the LSC tournament every year since 2010.

 
Angelo State at UTD

• The Rambelles lead the series over the Comets 1-0. The Rambelles last faced off against the Comets on Oct. 29th, 2025, when the Rambelles came out on top 2-0.
• UT Dallas is 4-0 this year and hasn't allowed a goal yet coming into the contest. 
• The Rambelles will face a familiar face in net against the reigning Goalkeeper of the Year, Melyna Martinez, who has four shutouts in her time as a Comet.
• Gabby Thompson leads the team with three goals. 
• Martinez has faced 30 shots to this point in the season. 

 
Angelo State vs Texas A&M International 

• The Belles have 6 wins and two draws over the Dustdevils. In the last matchup on Nov.1, 2025, the Belles and Dustdevils tied 1-1.
• The Dustdevils are 0-3 heading into this week's matchups
• Ana Arroyo Azofeifa, and Milly Garica are the only ones to score to this point for the Dustdevils.
