COACH QUOTES: Angelo State head coach Chris Beard

On playing against Eastern New Mexico on Saturday at the Junell Center:
"Eastern New Mexico is a well-coached talented team playing their best basketball of the season right now, winning 6 of their last 7 games. We have a lot of respect for their program. Eastern has four players averaging double figure scoring. Their balance and depth are team strengths. During their current winning streak, they are getting production from their backcourt and frontcourt players."

On meeting the Greyhounds for the second time this season:
"Both teams will make adjustments from our first game in Portales, but it's February in college basketball and the team who executes better will win the game."

On playing at the Junell Center on Saturday:
"Our players are looking forward to playing at home again. We are very appreciative and thankful for our fans and hope to earn more people's support by the way we play and improve with each game."
