No. 2 Rams Earn Top Seed in Super-Region 4

SAN ANGELO, Texas – The No. 2-ranked Angelo State football team earned the top seed in Super-Region 4 as the field was announced for the 2022 NCAA Division II Football Championship.
 
Coming in at No. 2 in Super-Region 4 is Colorado School of Mines followed by Minnesota State at No. 3 and Bemidji State at No. 4. Rounding out the region is Winona State, Wayne State, and CSU Pueblo.
 
With the top spot, the Rams will have a bye in the opening week of the championship before hosting their first playoff game on Saturday, Nov. 26. They will face the winner of Bemidji State and Winona State.
 
The Division II championship game is slated for Dec. 17, at McKinney ISD Stadium in McKinney, Texas.
