SAN ANGELO, Texas – Closing out the final regular-season series of the year, the 10
th-ranked Angelo State baseball team will travel to UT Permian Basin on Friday as the Rams have the opportunity to clinch the Lone Star Conference title.
LAST WEEK:
The Rams faced off against Cameron last weekend, pulling off the sweep at home. After a close 9-8 victory in game one, the Rams won the final three games by seven or more runs, including a 16-3 victory in game two.
Aaron Walters finished with three home runs and 11 RBIs on the weekend while coming around to score nine times.
