DENVER, Colo. – The Angelo State women's golf team wrapped up the first competition of the season, coming in third overall at the Swan Memorial Invite hosted by Colorado Christian.
The Rambelles finished plus-55 through three rounds to finish at 922 (309-301-297) to take third overall. The Cougars won their home course at 903 followed by Midwestern State in second at 907.
Ozlyan Juarez turned in the top performance for the Belles, finishing 10
th overall with a score of 227 (75-74-78). Behind her was
Maria Sierra Sanz in 13
th (228 – 78-72-78) and
Patrizia Schaefer in 16
th (230 – 77-79-74).
