Trey Farrer was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced this morning.
This is Farrer's first honor from the CSC.
To be eligible for this award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and have a 3.50 cumulative GPA. On the court, they must have competed in 90 percent of the team's games for the season or started in 66 percent of the team's total games.
Farrer, who is set to graduate in May with his master's degree in Business Data Analytics, scored 11.3 points per game on 58 percent shooting from the field and led the Rams with 6.1 rebounds per game.
Farrer recorded three double-doubles this season and had two games with 20 or more points; he was named an All-LSC Honorable Mention for his performances on the court.
