Madi Parrish earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) First Team All-American honors, the organization announced this afternoon.
Additionally, Parrish earned Third Team All-American honors from the Division II Conference Commissioners' Association (D2CCA).
Parrish, the product of Saginaw, finished the season with 435 kills, averaging 3.72 per set. She hit .245 and led the Belles with 45 service aces. Defensively, she was second on the team with 321 digs, averaging 3.24 digs per set. She recorded 20 double-doubles this season.
The Finance student was named the consensus South Central Region Player of the Year, the LSC Player and Offensive Player of the Year, and repeated as the LSC Tournament MVP.
She recorded three matches with 20 or more kills, and in the postseason, she buried 4.31 kills per set.
Parrish, who was a second-team All-American last season, becomes the seventh player in program history to earn multiple All-American honors.
She is the sixth Belle in program history to earn first-team honors, joining Alex Woolsey (2012), Maddie Huth (2012), Mallory Blauser (2016), Kailyn Gilbreath (2021), AND
Adeline Ortman (2024).
In her career, she has 1,184 kills, which ranks ninth in program history, and 107 aces, which is tied for tenth in program history. She is one of six ASU players all-time to record 1,000 kills and 100 aces.
