SAN ANGELO, Texas – The top-ranked Angelo State baseball team has officially been named the No. 1 seed in the South Central Regional in the 2025 NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament as announced in the NCAA DII Baseball Selection Show on Sunday night.

The Rams will host a pair of Lone Star Conference foes in the form of Lubbock Christian and St. Edward's at Foster Field at 1^st Community Credit Union Stadium.

UT Tyler will host the other half of the South Central Regional as the second seed, welcoming in Colorado Mesa and MSU Denver.
