SAN ANGELO, Texas – After claiming the Lone Star Conference Tournament title, the sixth-ranked Angelo State baseball team will head into the NCAA Division II South-Central Regional as the top seed.
The Rams will host the tournament for the second year in a row at Foster Field at 1
st Community Credit Union Stadium, beginning Thursday, May 19.
Joining the Rams is fourth-seeded Texas A&M – Kingsville and fifth-seeded MSU Denver who will play first on Thursday with the winner facing ASU. Colorado Mesa will host their section of the regional as the No. 2 seed, facing the winner of No. 3 West Texas A&M and No. 6 St. Edward's.
Tournament information including tickets and game times will be announced early this week.
