SAN ANGELO – The Angelo State volleyball team, coming off a fall in which they were the LSC Regular Season Champions and made their tenth-straight NCAA South Central Regional, seeks to build off last season’s success with their 2022 schedule, released this afternoon.  

The new-look Belles open their season on August 26-27 inside Stephens Arena by hosting the Kathleen Brasfield Invitational, with the Belles taking on Southern Nazarene, CSU Pueblo, New Mexico Highlands, and East Central.  

Next weekend, the Belles will see up to Denver for the Colorado Premier Challenge, hosted by MSU Denver and Regis. They will take on Northwest Missouri State and MSU Denver, with the match against the Roadrunners a rematch from last year’s regional.  

September 8-10 sees the Belles return home to host part of the Lone Star Conference Crossover, with the top four teams from last season’s standings competing in San Angelo – the Belles, UT Tyler, West Texas A&M, and Lubbock Christian.  

The Belles open LSC play on September 14th on the road against Western New Mexico, and open home conference play on September 17th against UT Permian Basin.  

Other notable matches include West Texas A&M on September 30th (away); Lubbock Christian on October 7th (home), DBU on November 4th (home), and UT Tyler on November 5th (home – senior day).
