AUSTIN, Texas – The Angelo State track & field teams collected three provisional marks on the second day at the Texas Relays on Friday afternoon.
The fifth-ranked Rambelles 4x400-meter relay team of
Zykia McDaniel,
Fatoumata Kabo,
Maricia Spence and
Shadae Findley ran a provisional time of 3:41.79 to take 12
th overall in the event.
Anna Riccomagno and
Abby Zamzow both ran in the 100-meter hurdles, taking 46
th and 48
th respectively with times of 14.68 and 14.71.
Spence also finished fifth overall in section B of the long jump, hitting a provisional mark with a jump of 5.89m (19-4).
For the 11
th-ranked Rams,
Prince Frimpong,
Max Wassmer,
Bossman Pinkrah and
Tristan Guerrero rank a provisional time of 3:12.35 in the 4x400-meter relay to take 17
th overall in the event.
David Morgan earned a provisional time in the 100-meter dash, taking 44
th overall with a time of 10.48 while
Kyle Lumpkins took 40
th in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.89, narrowly missing a provisional mark.
ASU will close out the Texas Relays tomorrow, competing in the women's discus. The Rams and Rambelles will be home next weekend as they host the David Noble Relays beginning on Thursday, Apr. 4.
