San Angelo, Texas -  The Angelo State women's tennis team travels to Orlando to participate in the program's first NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Championships
 
The Rambelles open the week on Monday with a matchup against fourth-seed Wingate. If they win they will take on the winner of the fifth seed Midwestern State and 12th seeded Queens.
 
Last time out, the Rambelles got the best of Cameron 4-3, with Jessica Li clinching the match to send the Rambelles to the NCAA Division II Women's Championships for the first time in program history.
 
This will be the first time in program history that Wingate and the Rambelles will face off. 
 
Going into the NCCA Championships, Letizia is ranked as the fifth-ranked player in the ITA singles rankings after posting a 22-0 season to this point in the season, Eva Schwartz is ranked 65th going into the NCAA Championships after posting a 12-9 singles record. Freshman Jessica Li is second on the team with a 16-7 record. 
 
The No. 1 pairing of Eva Schwartz and Avery Durham is ranked 12th in doubles play after posting an 18-5 record going into the NCAA Championships. The Pairing of Letizia Corsini and Ayda Guler is 21-2, leading the way for the Ramblles. At No.3 doubles, Mieke Van Denverter and Alexandra Vishnevskaya are 12-2 going into the NCAA Championships.
 
Wingate is 21 -2 overall and went 12-0 in the South  Atlantic Conference. Chloe Kosmrlj is leading the way for the Bulldogs as she is 21-1 in singles plays from line two, and Eva Siska is right behind her, going 18-2 overall in singles play.
 
The No. 1 doubles pairing for Wingate is Suzuka Sambyakugari and Eva Siska, who are 18-3 overall and went 12-0 in their conference, Chloe Kosmrlj and Daniela Kotara are 16-3 from No. 2 doubles, and Annika Hakovirta and Claudia Vallejos are 12-5 from No. 3 doubles.
