Allison Bullard, a volleyball player from 1989-1992, still holds the school record for career kills with 1,934 and career blocks with 475. The San Angelo native graduated from Central in 1989 and was a key part of three Lone Star Conference title teams in 1989, 1991 and 1992. She was also named to the LSC All-Conference team all four years.

Allison Bullard led the team in hitting percentage all four years as a Belle and was tops on the team in kills (1990, 1991), service aces (1990, 1992) and digs (1991, 1992). She still holds the record for most block assists in a single game with 15 and the season record for attack percentage at .347.

She was named to the All-LSC second team in 1989 and to the first team from 1990-1992 while also being the LSC tournament most valuable player in 1991 and 1992. Allison was an AVCA All-Region selection in 1991 and 1992
